Terms of service
Last updated: 12 June 2026
1. Operator
Agentize Your Web (agentizeyourweb.com) is operated by Giulio Maria Cappellano (CIF ESY1343975F), Calle Benito Pérez Galdós 31, 35650 El Cotillo (Las Palmas), Spain — contact: noreply@agentizeyourweb.com. By using the service you accept these terms.
2. The service
We scan publicly accessible websites, compute an agent-readiness score, generate structured business profiles and downloadable files (llms.txt, JSON-LD, agent pages, knowledge-base exports), publish a business directory, and forward contact requests ("leads") to listed businesses.
No guarantee of AI visibility: we make websites more structured and machine-readable. We do not and cannot guarantee placement, ranking or visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any AI or search system.
3. Accounts and plans
- One account per person; you are responsible for your credentials.
- Free and paid plans with the limits shown on the pricing page. At this stage payments are handled manually by invoice; plans are activated by the operator after payment.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (spam submissions, scraping, attempts to manipulate credits or scores).
4. AgentCredits
AgentCredits are internal utility credits only. They are not money, not a voucher, not a cryptocurrency or other asset; they cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred between accounts or traded. They can lose validity if obtained through abuse. Earning rules and spending options are described on the credits page and may change.
5. Scanning and profiles
- Submit only websites that are publicly accessible. Our crawler identifies itself
as
AgentizeBotand respectsrobots.txt. - Profiles are generated automatically from public website content and may contain errors. Businesses can claim a profile to correct it, or request removal (see the privacy policy).
- Claiming requires evidence of ownership; we decide claims manually and may reject insufficient evidence.
6. Leads
We forward lead requests to businesses as a courtesy service. We are not a party to any resulting contract between you and a business, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of business information, response times, prices or service quality.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is" within a beta/MVP stage. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by use or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain; consumers keep the protections of their country of residence.
